@lostinlodos is this just low grade? I'm thrown by the smaller board attachments plus the green with ICs on the back.

I'd toss this in low grade (use a box cutter on the edges of them and you can remove the ICs. Worth the few moments effort since this board is low grade.

I took it apart. What else do I need to do and what classification is it?

Variable in that they don't fit into any single class. With the shell on they go as peripheral every time. Once the shell is off:
They range from peripheral on up to telco. A few will get a special class called air card and every once in a while one can even make cell class.
I need the other side of this for an accurate grade.
