Hello what are these two boards considered

The first board had two slot processors on it

The first one I would say lg multi socket MB.
The second one I'm sure is peripheral.
I would wait and see what Lost has to say about them......he knows these boards inside an out.

I concur on the motherboard

Can you post a photo from the side with the large ports so we can see what they look like. That will make or break a grade jump.

On that first board is that not sockets for a slot processor about middle of the board?
