ARe these boards considered teleco? they came out of an old phone system

you 'might' get it on the top one but there are a lot of ferrite core inductors so maybe not.

the bottom one is probably going as peripheral... not many good chips and a lot of low value surface mounted devices lead me to say peripheral.

The bottom one is peripheral as it is. Don't remove that finger connector or you'll more than likely drop into the midgrade category

The top one is peripheral. This one you can cut the fingers off and still get peripheral.
