The 'genius' guide (for store employees and authorized repair) states that its 3260 specifically but any after market spreader In an apple will probably be copper with a nickel plating. alot of early Intel macs had a nearly identical copper unit available 3rd party to help cooling monster heat of core chips in the mang shells.
(The got well over 90° and I've heard of chips frying at 150°+؛ ouch!)
