3rd 4th and 5th from the right are peripheral grade. Rest looks telco. Generally only the main boards from cell phones will clear the cell phone board rate. And a few of those aren't from cell phones. A 3g card in there and some pda stuff it looks like.
1st and 2nd right MAY get cell phone rate depending on who takes your order in and i see no reason to not try. As long as it's semi-segregated. Put it with cell boards but wrap it alone. Dont want to downgrade your cell shipment for that.
