Pic 1: yes, and I wouldn't... No need to risk devaluing the board for a few more pennies for such a lightweight chip

Pic 2: yes, most likely... There is a decent amount if extraneous weight and not many chips.

Second board is peripheral. You can remove the antenna ports but there's very little gold ther. As in you're ruining a melt with them.

The tiny jack on one end is a good high quality gold alloy. Worth selling locally or refining.
The big jacks on the board are (usually) a diecast brass which contains zinc, iron, and other unwanted metals with the copper. . Not a good Ideal for self refining as is. You're just going to make a mess of your solution.
If you do pull them you could use a micro bit to shove the gold contact wire out of it, i guess, but it is so much work... ?
