arent those small ic chips on there or are they something else?...thanks...not everything..but usually 1 or 2...the first one has one small one on the left side

The one on the left with 8 legs looks like a relay. But I'm guessing without looking up the p/n

almost every fan board i have has what looks like an ic..they have a lot of stuff...mlcc..palladium

I was wrong. That's definitely an ic. Sanayo corp electric fan motor driver controller.
