I have a couple of boards that I need help grading.

Top is most likely a clean gold finger card and bottom is just a low/mid grade you can probably just trim that finger off

The bottom image set, I'd be leaning low peripheral as is. At least high peripheral without the 9 capacitors.

The fingers may or may not qualify for trimmed gold fingers, if they're a nice thick plating they should buy that could shift my grades up.

I'm really curious why you would grade this as at least a high? It has nothing on the back, no gold pins, basically no gold at all besides a few tiny ICs and a couple tantalums.

This board came out of a power supply, I have a few just like it and these got graded by the guys at wickliffe as a low/mid and low peripheral at best without the capacitors

Lets remove the glass fuse from the lower board.
Yeah. Remove the big caps. High Peripheral.Take note. You got tants a plenty.
The gold fingers push it also into High Peripheral.

It's not at least high peripheral in its current state. The board already has the heaviest "junk" off it, with the capacitors off, the 15 (or so not sure on 4 of them) ICs plus tantalum, it should be able to get better than low peripheral. The fingers are the uncertainty for me, they could be good enough quality they qualify as gold fingers but if that's the case then I would argue for a bump further up of some kind.
