got this board other night and not sure what the white boxes are all over both sides of it., but google says if I take off the capacitor or whatever it is on the side of the board, then it should maybe go as high telecom? So, the white boxes are good to keep on?

They remind me of relays. Can't make out any of the text on them though.

I'm thinking high peripheral if that's the case.

I think google is wrong. I don't think that is telcom board. I think that is peripheral at best.
