Never come across these before…I’m guessing somebody might be interested in them and shouldn’t scrap?

I've never heard on one, but AI has.

An "Intel Confidential" label on a CPU means it is an unreleased or pre-production processor, typically an Engineering Sample (ES) or Qualification Sample (QS). The letters and numbers below it (such as "QKSJ") represent an sSpec code used internally by Intel to track the specific stepping and configuration of the chip. Intel provides these processors to computer manufacturers, developers, and reviewers to test hardware before the official retail launch. Because they are beta hardware, these processors technically remain the property of Intel and are not intended for public resale.

Similar have been mentioned here before. I'm thinking Lost is probably a good person to touch base with on them.
