at the very least, they are all gold finger cards (assuming #6 has gold fingers on the back side).

You should be able to get telecom for #3... and #2 might get you telecom as well... depends if they think there is too much extra weight for in plastic/metal.

i believe that will go slot processor at best. If not green fibre with metal.
It's an encoder/decoder card. That a full fledged cpu on it.
If it works it's worth $15-25 on ebay.

6 is a strange beast. GoldLESS finger cards are usually fingered as a mount/support base for cpu or control cards but I'm not seeing the socket (wedge connector) for the control transfer cable.
Not that you care for recycling but my best guess is a serial breakout board.
Not enough ic population for telco.
