It’s ceramic with gold legs no gold cap. No brand name. Has Singapore on the sticker

Also id this one. It’s ceramic with gold legs and has a gold cap. Again no brand name but has Singapore on the back. I assume it would go with the is, nes, foreign gold cap category

The first chip was soldered on, probably would have been better to leave it, now you have a chip with no pins, which is where a large portion of the gold is. Boardsort will probably have to make an assessment of it directly.

Second at minimum would fall under the foreign gold cap grade. Did the heatsink have any info on it for the chip?

I thought something looked odd with the pins. I was wondering if someone tried to trim the pins, but your explanation is probably correct.

it's a HP PA-7300LC, that's a PA-RISC CPU. not something you'd see very often.

Do you rhino that would fall under anything better than foreign gold cap? I don't see anything on Lostinlodos' CPU guide

TBH I do not know what it go as. If I have to guess I think it would be Cyrix/IBM/K5/WinChip/VIA Gold Cap or LSI, NEC, Foreign Gold Cap.
