If a board is red or blue but has visible gold and is highly populated with chips is it still considered high grade? Or does it absolutely have to be green? Also if you have a board that it blue with silver contacts but many of the components have visible gold and is highly populated is it still high grade? Please rate my pics

Color has to do with eye strain. Not performance. So. Color does not matter. The electronic manufacturers favor green for less eye strain. But. Will choose other colors for distinction purposes. Green is easy on the eyes. It's a known fact. Office space will be green. Less eye fatigue. I worked in manufacturing for some years. Board inspection and repair. Yes. Green circuit boards. Thank you.
Again. For e- scrap value by color. No! It's the components on the board that give value to the board. If you would have the same componebts on different colored boards. They would be the same value in scrap.
Your pictured boards. High Peripheral. Just into the category.

My evaluations are my own opinion

At the moment colour means nothing.

For a brief time motherboards were separated by colour. It was a dark time. But colour was quickly replaced by socket style.

My bad. I forgot Boardsort was using color for Motherboard sorting for e-scrap. My post was addressing the use of color in the manufacturing sector. Thanks for staightening that out
