Its ceramic. Gold cap, gold leg IC? Gold cap NO gold leg IC? Or CPU, if so which category. Again, new to this. Appreciate the help

Interesting... I can’t recall ever seeing one like that posted.
I'd email Chris. It doesn't have pins/legs like most so that may impact how much gold is there. Then you also have solder on them which may impact that further (don't take that to mean trim the solder off).

Whatever it ends up being it probably would’ve been better to leave on the board to get gold cap chip board rate.
