4, not entirely sure on this one but if the ceramic chip has a gold cap underneath it would get gold cap chip board. Take a small drill bit and on the back of the board carefully drill one (two if absolutely necessary) and look through to see if there's a gold cap.
5, high telco
6, clean gold finger card, no fan/heatsink/bracket
7, large socket mobo, I'd go ahead and unscrew and remove the two aluminum heatsinks
