Does low telecom seem right for these? Another newbie thinks so but I'm not sure.

A is high peripheral
C might clear low Telco but I'm leaning high peripheral on it also, granted one side of C was trying to run away from you so it's a blur :P

Mark, if the first ones are high peripheral what is this one? I thought it was low peripheral. Right or wrong? Dang! I don't think I'm ever gonna get the hang of this!

There's a ton of ICs here! High Telco seems like a good possibility to me.

Sometimes I point out when a board itself seems lower quality (like this one does) and how that may affect the components on the board, cause if the manufacturer is cutting costs on the board they're probably doing it with components too...but there's ~70 ICs and some other things that may have precious metals so the board isn't a big deal here.
