Should have mentioned unless your at or before WWII.
But those in just about any recognisable condition tend to be worth more than the base metals.

I rather just scrap it and get money right a way then deal with tire kickers, no shows and scammers.

Thanks. Lostinlodos. I got a pack of Japanese WW2 cigarettes from that clean out. Standard issue. 8 pack. A few more items. I now wish I wasn't so stupid to go for scrap value on the tray. Could be worth something more. But. Could be a tire kicker. ref. Austin86. I usually do move on. But. Lostinlodos. Yes important point. I look for occupied Japan. Found none. I am going to acutely look over these boxes from this clean out.

I have a leaflet that was dropped before the American invasion of Japan. Warning the people. They go for about $250 on ebay. It's in good condition.
Again. I going to acutely look through this clean out.
