O.S.C.A.R. is only a tool. A guide. It is not a final evaluation. Even the opinions of Forum Members are not final.
Here's my opinion. From top to bottom.
Low Grade. IMG 1250
High Peripheral. IMG 1245
High Peripheral. IMG 1249
Low Telecom. IMG. 1247

Catwhisker putting in work finding unanswered posts :D

Depending on the tracings on 1250 it might get as high as low peripheral, but recognizing tin/silver vs other cheaper material is not a strong suit for me.

1249 has a lot of shields, if they're steel I'd remove to be sure it stays high peripheral

Good way to learn.
I thought to mention removing shields. On 1249. It would be the best approach.
I wonder what O.S.C.A.R. put them at?
