Do flat packs go with no gold tap BGA category or do they go with IC category when scrapping?

If it's a bga flatpack but without a gold tab there is a separate category for those at the bottom of the chips section of the price list. There's an example image there as well.

I should’ve been more clear, what if it’s a non-BGA flat pack? What category do those go in?

Then it's likely an IC.
