These come from LED TVs. Can they be cut into smaller pieces for shipping?

Anytime you cut something for purely shipping reasons make sure you keep the parts together so Boardsort can identify the whole board when it arrives

i sent them in cut before, just make sure each cut part still has gold/chips and keep them together.

Just keep the parts together. I use dollar store zip ties for that
