I have a bunch of these traffic control boards. Wanted to see what you guys think. I’m very new to this but get a lot of them. We run a scrap metal business in miami.

3333,3335 high peripheral. Do Remove the black box on 3335 that says lithium cell, that's a battery.

3334,3336 high Telco if you remove the blue capacitor.
