Remove the heatsinks. Should easily be accepted as High Telecom.
The board has a low profile. Nice gold plated pins in edge connector. Decent chip population with nice chips. No junk except the heat sinks.
Here to learn like everybody else.

Agree. As is it is low teleco (high telco plus some junk as Chris puts it). Take off the finned heat sinks and it goes up to high telco.
