With more vehicles being put on the road that are not combustion engines, and cars being more of a computer now than ever: Does Auto Board grading mean strictly just that, or is the focus on the actual board/module its self?

I have some that I can post pics of later - if helpful that -, to my eyes, look like I should be able to get high grade peripheral at min once cleaned up. If Auto Board grading means anything that came out of a vehicle would anyone be willing to share any success stories or tips on how to maximize profit on these? I think selling to repair shop may be out of question as they were acquired from a company that performs warranty/recall service on EVs.

There will most definitely be different grades from these smarter cars. The auto box grades do have pictures attached to them on the pricelist and those specific types are what get those grades.

Do take pictures of what you have though.

Thanks marked141! I figured this would be the case, but there is no logic in assuming when you can get the answer.

Hopefully the pictures uploaded in the order I aimed for. Every board gets a front and then a back with 7 boards or 14 pics total.

Grading peripheral and telecom still feels foreign, but I have an idea now. If could get some ideas on what these boards may go as that would be awesome. I'm all about getting my hands dirty and making mistakes, but if I can get the answers (or try to) I would rather, so I am not bogging down boardsort's time with my next shipment. I have my guesses on each one so this is also a nice exercise to test my knowledge.

Grades are assumed that I removed all of the junk on the boards.

I have a question. Every board pictured has the connectors obviously. Are they all gold plated?
Some? Gold plated pins. Yes or no. Makes a difference when grading.
Here to learn like everybody else.

Most of those look low and high peripheral.

The one with the dozen capacitors is probably mid grade
