I see 2 fuses. If glass. Remove them. Should be easy High Telecom. The picture is a bit blurry. Can't really magnify all that well to inspect closely.

Is the weitek chip socketed? If so pull to check for a gold cap. If so, you can weigh it and the board to see if the board and chip is worth more as gold cap chip board or separate as high Telco and probably pentium/Mac ceramic.

If not socketed you can drill a small hole through the board to see if it has a gold cap or not. Either way probably don't remove but you'll know if it's a gold cap board or not
