Not sure what classification this falls under.

High Peripheral most likely but could it go higher?

High Telco seems possible, especially if all the connectors have gold pins.

After reviewing the High Telecom Board escrap video. I personally would submit as High Telecom. You have no junk
as in: shielding ,heat sinks, large capacitors. Has that low profile as mentioned in the video. It is highly populated. Got gold header pins on board. But. As Mark141 mentioned " all connectors have gold pins". Only you at this point can see inside the connectors.Check out the video.

Looks like high telco. Exactly as catwhisker said the key is high chip density and no junk. Even a few non-gold pins don't ruin the deal in my experience.

Telco is not a grade I excel at. I was on the fence without seeing pins so figured if there's gold there on top of everything else it would be safe.
