 Post subject: Help with grading please

Hi, would this board classify as low telcom? And if so would removing the capacitors make it high telcom? Nothing on the back side of the board.

More than likely this will be High Per. Most hubs and routers will always fall into High Per. Even though it has ram and a few other IC controllers, there's other materials out there that house better stuff.
Kind of the High end of High Per.

That Green circle, did you already remove the battery, or is that it? Make sure that thing isn't a battery.

I believe those are the larger vga connecter female ends. D-sub connector female.

This was from an old 3Com modem, the circle area was from a speaker that was removed.

I will put it in my HP Bin.
