 Post subject: Not RAM What is this?

I can't remember what thses came from. Probably a desk phone. OSCAR keeps trying to make this a RAM stick, There is gold plate on the 4 pins on the connector.

What do the classify as?

Underneath the resin spot, or COB, is an IC or controller die. With the little gold pin plating and maybe an IC or two; I'd slide it into Low per but don't get surprised if it's Mid grade.

YES! I forgot where I'd gotten them. I had a marathon teardown and went from Phones to Keyboards to routers and down.
