The board is too big to be early on the WE unit. Though zero padding was and is common for the later years boards to still run the old Roms. But anyone who was running that unit rather than get stuck with it or inherited it etc… if it was worth while and/or it wouldn’t be in scrap
Sadly unless it’s a fluke with an early set of roms included in a later board it’s unlikely that one is going to get much.
I regularly see joust, Ballon Defender, the key titles, full set of Roms for under $100.
The only arcade stuff from WE/WIE that’s worth most people dealing with is the LaserDisc stuff. Not saying Lorenz shouldn’t look into it. That is a FULL set late model board setup.

That DKJr set … if I had permission from Chris I’d make an offer flat out. I have an original cabinet and the joysticks. And even the coin receiver But that’s money in hand for op. That’s real bank.
