I have a bunch that have one or the other. Would this still classify as
Gold cap/gold leg IC?

Last time I sold mine( which has been over 6 months, so you might double check) I got cyrix price for single gold chips(gold cap no gold pins, gold pins no gold cap) and the plastic ic chips with gold legs were green fiber with pins no heatsink
