I think all of them could qualify as telecom even the last board(6).
The last board is video/Audio processor but it has some nice chips on it, would it qualify as telecom or high peripheral?
Any help greatly apriciated.

I have to disagree my friend. #4 has plenty of chip coverage plus visible gold on it with the addition of that rather large BGA, yup.....High Grade Telco.
