I have about 10 or more of these sound boards from a company that made sound systems for arena rock shows. Are they Telecom grade? Most of the boards are populated like this one, but some have more ICs. All of their backs are empty.

NOTE: I would remove the silver boxes because they house transformers, and remove the black metal brackets. There are gold pins in the connectors on the right side

With that bit of cleaning up you may have enough for telco but it is borderline.

Thanks, Lostintodos. I just removed the black metal bracket on the right. I found gold connector pins in those black rectangles, which are similar to the gold pins on a IDE HDD board. Does that bump it up? I have 7 of this model.

My suggestion is to ship them separated and include them in any shipment you make. Any increase is up to board sort. They are old I/O boards. But it's up to them.
