These boards have 1 or 2 Gold topped IC's on each, what would they grade as?

I didn't see any gold cap ICs in the first four boards. The last one you show does have a gold cap IC, but a lot of other junk would make that board telecom grade at best. The other boards will likely get telecom grade.
