1 is it a hard drive board i am not sure on it 2st and 3rd is same card front and back

Telco GFC cut-off? are you say cut of gfc on that first one that was telco? or in that last pic was telc then gfc and the 3rd card was cut out of pic?

The u23? Removing it wouldn’t hurt the grade.
But it weighs nothing. Boardsort wants roughly half a pound and ideally a minimum of a pound per class, to accurately trip the scale.
so unless they are over that in the class there’s no reason to pull a single tiny IC.
