These are close to telecom and better than peripheral but if it does not pass boardsorts standard for telecom grade then it will more than likely fall into peripheral as boardsort does not have a middle ground between telecom and peripheral. If you have enough weight my suggestion would be to try and negotiate the price to get atleast a price better than peripheral because they do deserve better than peripheral price. If you can bring enough weight to catch a buyers attention there is always room for negotiation. The better populated board might have a chance to slide into telecom.

The top/left board will make telco with four large controllers and a full coverage IC population.
The bottom/right one is peripheral with just two controllers and considerably less IC population.
