I think one board is midgrade and the other board is peripheral.

indeed the littel one is mid-grade the only time they might get a better grade if they have gold pins that one seems to have a ribbon/wire connector.

big one is peripheral must '' enhancement '' tv stuff will fall under this grade

All consumer cable boxes fall into peripheral.
If there’s nothing on the back of the little board I’m not sure it will get mid grade. Typically you’d need an ic or silver wire port to clear that. There’s, literally, nothing of value here. I’m leaning on low grade.
