For now, I would leave the tantalum capacitors on the board, unless you know of a buyer that buys tantalum.

No. Those are silvered glass boards with a coating on it.
Don't try to recover them. The coating usually has terrible stuff in it like cyanide and asbestos.
And the silver is minimal. I've sent a few in the past and they don't buy them anyway.
So you'd risk death for less than a 10th oz of ics.
