The first is Backplane, and the rest are peripheral I believe.

Agreement with above.

The one you ask what it is, is a power distribution board of some sort. Probably from a terminal unit though it could be from anything.
Do NOT cut the finger.
As is you'll just barely skate by on peripheral more than likely.
Remove the finger and down to midgrade for you.
