I had a bunch of PCBDs with button battery packs on them. I know to pull the battery packs before submitting the PCBDs to Boartdsort.
Curiosity got the best of me, so I had to know. What else is inside besides the battery and why so an elaborate package for a button battery.
Well, each battery pack contained a small PCBD. The battery packs were very easy to open, no tools needed.
The two columns on the bottom or left do not have any gold on/in the thru holes. The two columns on the top or right have gold on/in the thru holes. Weird how the pictures get placed in the text vs when clicked and individually opened!!!
What classification are these? Do they go as ICs? Peripheral? Does the gold on/in the thru holes change the classification?
Thank you,
RustyFuryIII
