Enough to kill, potentially. It's not the voltage, it's the amperage that does the damage.
People survive lightning strikes all the time and that's tens to hundreds of thousands of volts but a 3 volt button stack at .5 amp in the bath tub is lights out forever!

That said just leave it detached A few days and your safe 99% of the time.
But I'm not responsible for anyone doing anything ever. ;)

Btw; it's midgrade

Wow. A sis controller!
Nice collection.

What's really fun and super dangerous is shorting tv capacitors .
In the dark.
And camera flash capacitors.
I know enough to be generally safe in relative terms and it makes an interesting show for others.
YouTube it.
In fact YouTube shorting capacitors in general and it will give you an idea of what's inside those tiny little things as far as power goes.

Most of them are "midgrade" or lower.
But the last one on the left is peripheral, from experience, it's silver trace.
Unfortunately there's more to it than just sending it in to get that rate and you need much more than just 1 board. Many lbs of it though....

However you can easily strip stuff like that for far better recycling rates.
