Also, I'm curious why the Sun UltraSPARCs are classified as 'green fiber with metal' despite being ceramic. http://boardsort.com/cpg15x/albums/mate ... CT0019.JPG

I normally put the spark CPUs WITH pins in my amd ceramic k6 pile. Along with my amd opteron and early athlon chips.
Not green/w.
Green fibre with metal wotks for pinless ceramics most of the time and quad flatpacks that dont have the gold tab.


There's still a few issues to work out in the gallery and some new photos coming soon. If not officially I'll make a sticky thread with new photos.
Yours would go either as black fibre or as IBM/Via gold cap. I'm not sure which.
