Attached are 2 pics of the processor as well as the board it was removed from (early 90s pc scrap) the amd/intel thing made me chuckle a bit

The processor would likely be graded as green fiber with metal. The top of the processor has several gold pins on the top along with the jumpers and there appears to be a capacitor on the top as well. The board that it came from appears to be large socket. To verify, measure the socket with a ruler or tape measure from the first pin hole on one side to the last pin hole on the opposite side. If your measurement is around 2", it's large socket.

Yes, that Pentium Overdrive CPU would be purchased as a Green Fiber with Metal. Odd looking configuration I would agree!

The motherboard is a classic example of a Large Socket Motherboard.
