Definition of poor design in servers.

Unfortunately its peripheral.
If you cut the fingers off it will go midgrade but most times it's better fingers separate on ones like this.
Depending on exact weights i can't give you you're probably looking at about $2.20-2.50 board in tact and $3.00-3.50 mid + fingers
You can cut half of one finger off and weigh it to deduce actual finger weight without docking the board value.
