CRTs are almost always worth more to sell then scrap. I toss them on good old Craigslist and they move fast, its the only thing I really bother to sell anymore.
2 is maybe Peripheral High Grade if you remove the wires with the gold pins but there is a lot of junk so maybe low Peripheral Grade IDK. wait for someone else to chime in.
I'm not sure what those silver chips are on the bottom one if ICs I would send them high telco. google says they're memory modules

If I understood the OP, sounds like these aren't just crt monitors, they're some sort of all in one system. If they are just crts and work, be sure to sell them at a high enough price that someone doesn't pick them up just to smash them open for the copper.

or just don't sell them to your methew lol. There tends to be less then a lb of copper in a CRT so anything over 5-10$ and its not worth it unless if you are a tweeker. Given there age they are probably terminals, not quite a PC but with some PC like parts

I see enough on the side of the road where someone popped the plastic open and just broke the glass to get all the copper D:

They look like IBM 3270 terminals aka "green screens" I never knew they had that type of board in them, but I haven't seen one in years.

IBM 3278 Model 2 to be exact, terminals have a little bit of basic logic, the most you will see is a board of some sort for reviving data to display on the screen hooking up the keyboard to and so on. its about as bear bones as it gets
