Does it drop the value of you remove the tantalum capacitors.

Lost, what about the bottom set brings it up to telco? Does not seem to be a whole lot there Thanks in advance for the education ObiWan!

How about these boards they came out an older organ. Has a lot of gold on it but nothing on the other side

The bottom set is heavily populated by cmcs and with ics without junk and unless it's a hell of a flash trick on your phone/camera its a Double sided gold board.
If thr board is silver or nickel it's peripheral as well.
