I’m very new to this type of scraping Can anyone tell me what these are and if they have any value. Thanks

Anything that can be unplugged or pulled from a socket should be. Also the wire/ribbon cable should be removed.

The brown boards are low grade.
The long skinny boards can go high peripheral. The mouse pad should have the plastic removed and it'll be high peripheral.
The DVD drive can remain whole or disassembled (I currently don't take them apart due to time).
The hard drive can also remain whole or not, do remove from the metal bracket.
The one small board with gold fingers is a wifi module and goes fingered laptop wifi.
The one near it with a square rotating mirror looks to have a metal backing, low grade if so.
The laptop boards are laptop motherboards, again remove all the socketed stuff; RAM, wifi module, batteries if there are any.
