Hello I'm new to this how would you grade these
All have gold legs
The intel 960 has gold bottom

Texas instruments fall under cyrix/IBM

Agree on the first two.
If the pair actually have gold legs then there is a class for gold leg, no gold top IC. Not sure if these would qualify?

The "legs" are visible, they're the silver bits on the sides

Oh! I was thinking those were brand new and the green was packaging to protect the chips.

Hmm, so basically an IC with an adapter with gold pins. I'm thinking you're probably going to end up in or very close to the price of IC chips.

Worst case, high Telco

I, myself thought the same thing marked141. They looked like new chips sitting in their package settings.

They might shoot Green/Brown fiber, no metal. I would assume they would hit P4, at least.

The new category for ICs with no gold cap, gold pins, and gold cap, no gold pins, are for ceramic chip style only.

If plastic or fiber IC, with these attributes, would still have to be assessed
