I have this board which my gut is saying LGP.
OSCAR says it would be HGP but my gut is saying no.

Would you say I am correct with saying it's LGP or is it actually a HGP?

I agree Low Grade Peripheral. 1 chip. Those RCA jacks. Other junk.
Many times I will upload to O.S.C.A.R. twice. And will get different results.
I would upload that PCB again. I have even uploaded more than twice. Just to O.S.C.A.R. 's program respond.

What is o.s.c.a.r?

Dilysir55. When you sign in to the Boardsort site. Go to the SALES MENU. Click on it of course. At the bottom you will find O.S.C.A.R. Unfortunately at this time it is offline being updated. As noted. But to answer your question. What is O.S.C.A.R. ? It is an escrap grading aid. What you do is first take a photo of the escrap your interested in evaluating. A PCB. A CPU. For example. Then after opening up O.S.C.A.R. Follow prompts. An your chosen photo will upload and O.S.C.A.R. will output a grade evaluation. Placing it in an e-scrap category with a price. You must understand. It is only an aid. You should use the e-scrap pictures and videos. And. Also this forum to get the information to intelligently decide how you wish to submit the e-scrap you have. Never- the -less. Boardsort still makes the final evaluation. Evaluating e-scrap isn't instant coffee. It's slow brewed. Takes time to learn. It's a never ending learning experience in the constantly changing electronic industry. Good luck in your e-scrap evaluations.
