You'll want to remove the heatsinks and faceplates and (not entirely sure it's a shield from the picture but) the large shield with the Cisco logo.

Take another pic of those after

You are already looking at the before & after of 2 boards. I'm trying to figure out what these 2 boards will be classified as before vs after to see if it is worth my time removing the heatsinks as I have 100's of these. Thanks!

Are you sure you uploaded your pictures correctly?
I am looking over the PCBs. You said before and after pictures are there of 2 boards.. Me. I can not make things make sense.
Maybe. Submit again with more labeling of each particular picture.
In your post. You write. 4 boards for grading. Get it. You then write mark141. You are already are looking at 2 boards. What? Cleaned up.
Removing junk. Thats a regular known guideline to better pricing. For example.
Heatsinks. Shielding. Heavy transformers. Review the escrap price list videos. Gives you a good idea what to remove.
In addition. Only you know. If its worth your time.
Here to learn like everybody else.

Once it was pointed out I can see it's two boards.

Clean, I'd say low Telco on the more populated one, cut the wire/fiber optic cable off if you want. High peripheral on the other mainly cause there's so much empty board.
