Do I leave this board just the way it is or are there important IC chips to remove?

That easily should be Gold Finger Board.
Having said that.
Because of density of the chips. Gold fingers. No junk metal. Low PCB profile.
That could be accepted as High Telecom Board.
I am new at e-scrap. If you review all pictures and videos on the e-scrap price list.
You can understand my comment.
In addition. Are you taking advantage of O.S.C.A.R.
You will find this PCB identification aid in the Sales Menu on the Boardsort website.
I strongly suggest you submit a picture of your board to O.S.C.A.R.
O.S.C.A.R. evaluation are not final. But it is valuable guide to you to determine your submission to Boardsort.
Hopefully another more experienced e-scrapper will comment.
As always. You can email Boardsort with your picture of yoyr PCB.

Looks like high Telco to me. Don't remove anything.
