I have sheets of blank boards with gold solder points and gold fingers. Is there a price point for these? when cleaning up the boards for a better rating, whats the key things that must be removed? All the capacitors, copper windings, large and microscopic with every booger in between or just the big boys? And What about gold plated lazer diodes, wierd gold legged ic chips with big windows as long as the chip so you can see all the alien tech inside thats gold plated? Whats the price point on those if any. And finally what if someone(not me of course) lived close to a semiconductor plant where they discarded rolls of board parts and suddenly you have jars full of mlcc"s or tiny chips with gold backs n such. do yall buy such a thing? Of course precious metals would have to be present for a value. Just todays thoughts. Have a great day everyone.
